Malta
Malta is a beautiful island in the heart of the middle ocean. Malta is an english speaking country that had once been an english colony. There are lots of different attractions in Malta. In the capital Valletta, there are a lot of exhibitions, concerts and plays.
Malta is a year-round destination, with warm summers and mild winters. The high season is from June to September, and it is usually around 300 days of sunshine a year.
Malta offers activities such as diving, with it is natural harbors, bays, cliffs and reefs around the island. The water around the country are among the most crystalline waters in the whole world.
Malta offers several sandy beaches, mostly on the north western and western side of the country. The best are Golden bey and Millieha bey, for those who loves swimming and sunbathing. The island also offers activities sunshas hiking, golf, boating, tennis, windsurfing, horse riding and biking.
One of the smaller shopping places are in St Julians and it is called Bay street shopping complex. There you can buy lots of different things like clothes, shoes, food, jewelry and much more. In Valletta are the larger shopping chains Republic street and Merchants street, where there are greater varirty, for example, designer clothes. In the small streets around the island, you can find a more Maltese selection of clothes, shoes and handmade thinks.
In Malta they eat seafood, fish soup, pasta dishes and a lasagna like appearance. Their national dish are consisting cooked rabbit, in the form of stew, with red wine and vegetables. It is called Fenek.
