Bahamas
It comes a lot of tourist to enjoy the nice weather and the nice beaches. All beachs in Bahamas are bright and it have a clear light weather. Bahamas consist of 700 islands and it attract millions of people each year. If you want to swim with pigs you can go to Bahamas. The tourist comes a lot from USA because Bahamas is not so long from the USA’s west coast but it’s a lot of people form the whole world come to Bahamas too. From Sweden is like 500 tourist each year, and the most of them are people that has been in Florida and then they have skiing boat to Bahamas just for the day. Bahamas lies between Florida in USA and Haiti.
Bahamas culture come from Europe and Africa. One party they have around christmas is ‘’The Junkanoo’’. That is an old dance that the old slaves do when they come to Bahamas. But now they do this dance to celebrate freedom.
It is like a parade and everyone should dress up in a old African theme.

Bahamas has a popuation of 319 000 and 238 100 of those people live in the capital Nassau that lies on the island New Providence. Bahamas’ flag is blue, black and yellow.
Bahamas has their national day 10 july. In Bahamas they have a queen named Elizabeth II. Elizabeth is queen for Great Britain too.
